EMDR
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is an evidence based approach to treating trauma, anxiety, depression, pain, sleep disturbance, and many other issues.
EMDR combines bilateral stimulation (tapping or eye movements, usually) and cognitive processing to help relieve distress and form new, adaptive pathways in the brain.

Extended sessions
Although 50 minute sessions are the industry standard, they aren't a great fit for everyone.
I offer 80+ minute EMDR and relational sessions for those who need more time to settle in or want to do a deeper dive. Reach out to see if this option might be a fit for you.
